Whether you use the Accounts or Contacts module, or any other standard or custom module with a “Reporting To” field, you can instantly visualize who reports to whom, what their roles are, who influences decisions, and where each contact fits within the organizational hierarchy- all without leaving Zoho CRM.
You can even customize the chart visuals with background and border colors of nodes dynamically based on field value, which fields to show up when hover over the node, and how many hierarchy levels are to be displayed, switch between horizontal and vertical views of your org chart, adapting to the way you prefer to analyze organizational structures.
Best of all, you can easily export your org chart as a PDF for easy sharing or offline review.
